MADISON - More than 15,000 runners and Badger supporters enjoyed plenty of sunshine, and likely a few beverages, during Saturday's annual Crazylegs Classic in Madison.

Edgerton-native Joshua Lund, a former runner at Duke, won the men's race in 24 minutes, 16 seconds, just seven seconds ahead of former Badgers All-American, Elliot Krause. Both were Crazylegs rookies.

Former Olympian Breeda Willis of Stevens Point was one minute better than defending champion Dani Fischer to win the women's contest in 27 minutes, 58 seconds.
