UPDATE, 09/18/13 - Janesville Police say they have arrested a suspect in the armed robbery of a Walgreen's Pharmacy.

The robbery happened Tuesday morning at the Milton Ave. location.

Wednesday morning, an officer was patrolling the area around the Walgreen's when he saw someone matching the suspect's description.

The man, who was later identified as Kyler Willing, had painted his face camouflage. The officer said Willing also had a loaded shotgun tucked inside of his pants.

The officer took Willing into custody. He reportedly confessed to the armed robbery and to stealing two sets of license plates from cars in Janesville.

2 Counts Carrying Concealed Weapon ss 941.23

A passenger in Willing's car, Mark Barlass, also faces the following charges:
Possession of Marijuana ss 961.41(3g)(e)
Possession of Synthetic THC ss 961.41(3g)(am)
Possession of a Schedule II Narcotic ss 961.41(3g)(b)


Janesville Police are searching for a suspect in an early morning armed robbery at the Walgreens on Milton Ave.

Around 5:30 Tuesday morning, the suspect entered and demanded prescription medication from the pharmacy.

He displayed what appeared to be the butt end of a long gun which he had tucked in his pants.

The suspect ran away with an undetermined amount of medication. No one was injured.

Janesville Police provided this description of the suspect:

-5'10" to 6" 
-Stocky build 
-Face covered by a camouflage bandanna 
-Wearing a tan jacket 
-Green hooded sweatshirt 
-Blue pants 
-Dark shoes 
-Carrying a dark colored duffle bag
