(May 27, 2013 8:30 am) Several measures to increase anti-abortion legislation may be considered by state lawmakers. Republicans pushing three different bills which could make it harder and more expensive to have the proceedure, make it illegal to use public money to pay for covering abortions through state employee's health insurance plans, and ban the sale of fetal tissue or its use in medical research. Abortion-rights groups say it's just the start in what could become new, tough restrictions while those against the it say more states are increasing anti-abortion legislation. The Governor indicates he'll evaluate the bills if they pass the legislature. Democrats are opposed to the changes.
