MADISON, Wis. --- A Madison man has been indicted for five robberies of businesses that took place between April 29 and May 15.

James Sexton, age 34, is charged with the five robberies and with using a gun during the crimes.

Two of the robberies made news when a chemical was sprayed during the crime. According to the U.S. Attorney an accomplice of Sexton sprayed the chemical during the robbery of Burrito Drive and Players Sports Bar and Grill. A canister was displayed during the robbery of Toppers Pizza, but was not used.

Here are the five robberies Sexton is charged with:

Pizza Extreme on Monroe St. (April 29)
Burrito Drive on Brearly St. (May 4)
Players Sports Bar and Grill on Winnebago St. (May 7)
Toppers Pizza on Mineral Point Rd. (May 13)
Market Basket on Mifflin St. (May 15)
