Janesville Police have arrested a man who allegedly took pictures of people in a park bathroom.

Joshua Miller was arrested June 26th on two counts of capturing representations depicting nudity.

Officers say Miller was in the women's bathroom at Palmer Park wading pool pavilion between 5:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. that day.

Officers are trying to identify people who used the restroom that day during that time frame. Anyone who believes that they may have been victimized should contact Detective Erik Goth at 608-755-3148 or at gothe@ci.janesville.wi.us.

As a condition of his bond Miller has been ordered to refrain from having intentional contact with minors, is not to take any photographs or videos and is not to be in any city or county park.

Anyone who sees Miller in violation of any of these bond conditions should call the non-emergency number for the Rock County 911 Center at 608-757-2244.
