Beloit Police have identified the two suspects in Sunday's fatal crash. They are:
Johnquayl K. Bell, B/M, 04/03/1990 and
Chatavier A. Bell-Johnson, B/M, 01/29/1996
Officers say the two are cousins. Both are from Beloit, but police are still looking for them. They may need medical attention.
Johnquayl Bell is wanted through the Rock County Sheriff’s Office on a Body Attachment for Non-Support and also a Wisconsin Department of Corrections warrant.

Police are looking for two suspects who fled from the scene of a fatal crash in Beloit.
Authorities say Cassondra Sympson was a passenger in a vehicle that was struck at an intersection (Copeland Avenue and Yates Avenue) Sunday. Police say the 21-year-old Beloit woman died before a medical helicopter arrived at the scene. Three others in her vehicle were taken to a local hospital for treatment of non-life-threatening injuries. The injured included two children younger than two.
The Beloit Daily Newssays two suspects in the vehicle that struck the victims' vehicle fled the scene on foot. Authorities say the suspects were traveling at a high rate of speed when they hit the victims' vehicle.
