An intoxicated man in Waukesha recently called 9-1-1, complaining about a woman sleeping in his bed and "snoring like a train". Ben Duddles sounds rather incoherent as a dispatcher asks his address and how the woman wound up in his bed.
Eventually, Duddles admitted that the woman was a neighbor who came over to his place. He said they drank together, "had relations" and then she fell asleep.
When Duddles couldn't wake the woman, he decided he better call police. Turns out his sleeping neighbor, who can be heard snoring in the background of the 9-1-1 call, has sleep apnea.
Duddles was told by authorities it wasn't really a police matter because he had let the woman inside his apartment.
Duddles placed the 9-1-1 call just before 4:30 on the morning of Nov. 10.
