Dane County deputies put an end to an underage drinking party before the participants cracked their first beer. The parents of a 17 year old girl in the Town of Vienna got wind of her party plans Friday night while they're out of town for the weekend. The parents called the Dane County Sheriff's Department, which had a deputy within a mile of the residence.
No tickets were issued since they hadn't started drinking. The juveniles were released to their parents.
