Dane County deputies say speed and alcohol were factors in a late night crash in the Town of Bristol. A 48 year old Sun Prairie woman lost control of her vehicle on Happy Valley Road and hit a power pole and a tree around 11 Friday night. She was taken by MedFlight to UW Hospital. A 24 year old Brooklyn man, who was a passenger in the car, was also injured. The woman faces a number of charges, including OWI.
