UPDATE: Rockford Fire Department tells 13 WREX that four people are hurt and one of them has life-threatening injuries. Three people have non-life threatening injuries.
UPDATE: Five people are hurt and three of them are in serious condition, according to Rockford Fire Department.
Rockford Police are responding to a plane crash Monday night by Chicago Rockford International Airport.
