A major mess on the Beltline Tuesday morning due to icy bridges and overpasses.
Madison police say 11 vehicles were involved in numerous accidents just before 9 a.m., that closed down lanes on the EB Beltline at Verona Road. One person was transported with non life-threatening injuries.
There was also a 2 car crash in the westbound lanes, near Whitney Way. One person was hurt, with the injuries also said to be non life-threatening.
