JANESVILLE (WKOW) -- One man is dead following a head-on crash Thursday morning near Janesville.
The crash was reported about 9:30 a.m. at U.S. Highway 14 at Wisconsin Highway 140 east of Janesville.
According to witnesses, one of the vehicles, a pickup truck, had crossed the center line, crashing into a dump truck.
An 87-year-old man driving the pickup was pronounced dead a the scene. The 55-year-old driver of a dump truck was taken to a nearby hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
Highway 140 goes north to Clinton from that intersection.
