A fraternity at the University of Wisconsin-Madison is suspended after an incident outside a frat house on Langdon Street. Instagram video taken over the weekend shows a television being thrown from the roof of a fraternity and nearly hitting a woman walking below. The university suspended Kappa Sigma today and university officials say the investigation is ongoing.
