Former MSCR executive director accused of possession of child porn released

Jacob D. Tisue, the executive director of Madison School and Community Recreation who is now on leave following his arrest on possession of child porn charges, was released from jail Tuesday on a signature bond.

McFarland police arrested Tisue, 44, of McFarland, Aug. 29 and booked him into the Dane County Jail, according to a press release from Police Chief Craig J. Sherven sent Thursday.
