Former MSCR director charged with 12 counts possession of child pornography

The former executive director of Madison School and Community Recreation was charged Thursday in Dane County Court with twelve felony counts of possession of child pornography, according to online court records.

McFarland resident Jacob Tisue, 44, stood mute while the complaint was read. A not-guilty plea was entered on his behalf.

The charges follow Tisue’s Aug. 29arrest and booking into the Dane County Jail.
