TOWN OF WESTFORD (WKOW) -- The Dodge County Sheriff's Office says the body of a man was found in a pickup truck that was pulled from Beaver Dam Lake.
Officers were called to the Hickory Point Road boat launch in the town of Westford around 6:45 a.m. Monday. Investigators say a Dodge truck was in the water about 20 yards from shore. Inside the truck was the body of a 52-year-old man. He was pronounced dead by the Dodge County Medical Examiner.
The man's identity has not been released. Authorities did not say how the man died.
The Fond du Lac County Sheriff's Office Dive Team searched the water near the truck, but did not find any other victims.
