A number of shots fired in Madison this week. Police have been dealing with nightly calls, including overnight Thursday into Friday morning on Brentwood Parkway, on Madison's North Side, and Tokay Boulevard, on Madison's West Side.
On Wednesday, there were two incidents, which police describe as "gun battles" in the Russett Road area, on Madison's Southwest Side. That includes a case where at least 20 shots were fired. Two vehicles and a building were hit.
On Monday, shots were fired in a parking lot on Morraine View Dr, also on Madison's Southwest Side.
