MADISON (WKOW) -- Police say gunfire interrupted a funeral in Madison.
It happened Friday afternoon at Sunset Memory Gardens on Mineral Point Road.
Madison Police say a man fired a shot into the air, then pointed his gun at people gathered around a grave. Mourners ran to their cars and drove away.
Police say the incident was not random -- it appears the suspect knew some people at the ceremony.
The armed man drove off in a white sedan.
