MADISON (WKOW) -- Madison police officers found more than 20 shell casings early Tuesday morning after multiple reports of shots fired on the city's north side.
Police say officers were called to the 4100 block of Melody Lane around 3:20 a.m.
When officers began checking the area they say they found more than 20 spent casings spanning a two-block area.
As of Tuesday morning, no damage has been found and no injuries have been reported, according to police.
