One person is dead following a helicopter crash in Oshkosh. Winnebago County authorities say the chopper hit power lines and crashed into the Fox River shortly after noon on Saturday. It took divers several hours to recover the victim, who has not been identified. The National Transportation Safety Board and the Federal Aviation Administration are investigating.
