TOWN OF BRISTOL (WKOW) -- Several people are without a home after it was engulfed in flames late Sunday night.
According to the Dane County Sheriff's Office, deputies responded to a report of a structure fire in the 6700 block of Prairie View Drive around 11:20 p.m. Sunday.
Sheriff's officials say the owners of the single-family home were able to get out safely. They say the home is a total loss.
Many fire departments assisted at the scene, including Sun Prairie.
The cause of the fire and extent of damages are still under investigation.
