MADISON (WKOW) -- A 48-year-old man suffered potentially life-threatening injures after being struck by a car early Friday driven by a suspected drunken driver.
Xia Lee, age 32, Madison was arrested for causing injury by intoxicated use of a motor vehicle.
Madison police were called to the intersection of Milwaukee Road and Swanton Road shortly before 1 a.m. Friday for the report of a motor vehicle/pedestrian accident.

MADISON (WKOW) -- A person was hit by a vehicle on Madison's east side early Friday morning, according to the Madison Police Department.
Police say the crash is considered serious, sending one person to the hospital. They say the victim is expected to survive.
It happened near the intersection of Milwaukee Street and Swanton Road at about 12:45 a.m.
Police believe alcohol was a factor in the crash. An arrest has been made.
The scene is expected to be clear before the morning traffic rush.
