Badgers Wide Receiver Danny Davis is returning to the field on Saturday and now 27 News has learned that Dane County District Attorney Ismael Ozanne won’t pursue any charges against him in connection to the sexual assault case involving teammate Quintez Cephus.
Davis was mentioned in a criminal complaint filed Aug. 20 against Cephus as having been present in their apartment when Cephus is alleged to have sexually assaulted two women.
Ozanne wouldn’t expound on the reasoning of his decision, citing the ongoing case involving Cephus.
