A sequel to the popular Netflix documentary "Making a Murderer" will premier on the streaming service October 19th.
The original story dealt with Steven Avery and his nephew, Brendan Dassey, and their convictions in the 2005 death of Wisconsin photographer Teresa Halbach. Both Avery and Dassey are serving life sentences for the slayings.
The remains of Halbach were found in the Manitowoc County salvage yard owned by the Avery family. Dassey has since argued that detectives coerced a guilty confession into his role in helping Avery rape and kill Halbach.
The sequal, "Making a Murderer 2" will follow their appeals.
