Authorities have identified a man killed in a crash after a chase with deputies.
Dane County Medical Examiner’s Office says Kendrick D. Bridges, 24, died Tuesday night. The office is doing additional testing, but officials say the Madison man died from crash-related injuries.

UPDATE (WKOW) — One person has died as a result of a crash on Madison’s north side Tuesday night, according to the Madison Police Department.
The Dane County Sheriff’s Office says deputies chased a speeding vehicle on Highway 51 in the town of Burke.
The ensuing chase got close to 100 miles per hour before officers lost sight of the vehicle as it neared Wheeler Road.
Minutes after that, the Dane County Communications Center got a call about a crash at Wheeler Road and Delaware Road. Deputies say the vehicle hit a power pole.
Power has since been restored to the 2,000 Madison Gas and Electric customers impacted.
No other information about the fatality has been released.
