Advisory issued regarding e-cigs

Electronic cigarette usage is on the rise in Wisconsin. The state Department of Health Services reports that about 20-percent of Wisconsin high school students in 2018 said they use e-cigarettes or vapes. That's a 154-percent increase from 2014, which logged just under eight-percent.  The big jump prompted the state to issue a public health advisory. Nicotine exposure during adolescence can harm the developing brain, which continues to develop until around age 25, and can impact learning, memory, and attention.
