MADISON (WKOW) – An 11-year-old girl jumped out of a moving vehicle, grabbed a pair of scissors and damaged property at a non-profit organization, according to the Madison Police Department.
Officers responded to the incident at Fordem Ave around 9:45 a.m. Monday.
The girl was taken into custody and eventually transferred to the Juvenile Reception Center on tentative charges of disorderly conduct and battery.
