Madison police arrested a man in connection with a string of Green Cab and delivery driver robberies and home invasions.
Eric Clay is charged with five counts of being party to a crime of armed robbery, Police Chief Dave Koval said at a Thursday afternoon press conference.
Police say a 14-year-old and 12-year-old from Madison were involved in several of the robberies, but that armed robberies have decreased since Clay’s arrest.
Koval praised the Madison Police Department, Sun Prairie Detectives, and Green Cab for their assistance, and said he hopes for more arrests in this case.
