A Madison man who was arrested for having homemade explosive materials in this apartment was believed to have been planning an attack on the UW Madison campus. Brian Campbell pleaded no contest in January to second degree reckless endangerment and possession of improvised explosives. A prosecutor alleges Campbell had been searching the internet for instructions on making explosives and drew maps of the universities campus.
