COLUMBIA COUNTY (WKOW) — A jury found a Columbia County man not guilty of killing his girlfriend and staging her death to look like a suicide.
Patrick Kraemer’s girlfriend, Traci Rataczak, was found dead in their Rio home in 2013. Kraemer says she killed herself, but prosecutors didn’t believe him and charged him with homicide.
The verdict was the culmination of a 10-day trial.
