Quintez Cephus, suspended Wisconsin Badgers wide receiver, has voluntarily dismissedhis federal civil rights lawsuitagainst the university, court records show.
Cephus’ attorneys made the court filing Thursday, the records indicate. The filing is to dismiss the case without prejudice, meaning he could make the claim in the future.
Cephus says the University violated his civil rights while it investigated sexual assault allegations against him.
