FAYETTE (WKOW) — Officials say a rural Blanchardville man was killed after losing control of an ATV in Lafayette County on Sunday.
Sheriff Reg Gill says Patrick L. McDermott, 68, was headed west on Highway F when he rolled the ATV on the road around 4:40 p.m. on March 24.
He was thrown from the vehicle just west of the intersection of N. Lake Road in the town of Fayette.
Authorities say McDermott died at the crash site from injuries related to the crash.
Sheriff’s officials and Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources wardens are investigating what happened.
