A Madison man was sentenced to 16 years in prison followed by nine years of extended supervision after being found guilty earlier this year of attempted second-degree homicide.
Jessie Bodie also was convicted of four other related charges during a sentencing Wednesday in Dane County Circuit Court.
Bodie was convicted in February of shooting Eldridge Taylor multiple times during a confrontation outside a home on Northport Drive.
