A Mayville man convicted of video recording the sexual assault of a child was sentenced Monday to 45 years in prison.
Benjamin Marx, 31 of Mayville, has been found guilty of first-degree sexual assault of a child under 12 and sexual exploitation of a child. Marx will also serve an additional 35 years of extended supervision, according to a news release from the Dodge County District Attorney.
