(Sun Prairie, WI) -- The former general manager of a Sun Prairie restaurant is being charged with stealing over 180-thousand in cash and other items from the business. Debra Riphahn-Vera, who worked at Market Street Diner, was charged yesterday in connection to the crimes that happened over a four-year time span. She allegedly stole cash deposits, redirected payment checks to cover up her thefts and also purchased items from the diner's suppliers for her other candle business.
