An argument over politics escalated to the point where a Mauston woman was severely beaten with a baseball bat, according to a criminal complaint filed in Juneau County Circuit Court.
Linda M. Heyroth, 57, is charged with four felony and two misdemeanor counts, including aggravated battery, first-degree recklessly endangering safety, false imprisonment and felony intimidation of a victim.
