A hearing to evict the Lions of Judah, House of Rastafari from a building on Mifflin Street in Madison has been delayed as officials make sure proper notice has been served.
The founders of the church, Jesse Schworck and Dylan Bangert, face multiple charges following a drug raid May 29 at the church.
The two are expected back in court July 9, at 9:30 a.m.
