A Janesville man accused of sexually assaulting a child will spend 10 years in prison for possessing child pornography.
Michael M. Jackson, 43, was charged in Rock County Circuit Court with 1st Degree Sexual Assault of a Child and 40 counts of possession of child pornography. Wednesday, he pleaded guilty to 3 counts of having child porn. The other counts and the 1st Degree Sexual Assault of a Child charge were dismissed, but read into court as part of the plea agreement.
