No charges will be filed against any of law enforcement officers involved in the April high-speed chase that killed two men in Columbia County.
Ter’Rance Phillit Simmons, 24, a suspect in a kidnapping attempt, and Terrance P. Simmons, 25, his passenger, were killed April 29 in the crash.
According to a final report from Columbia County District Attorney Brenda Yaskal, Ter’Rance Simmons presented an ongoing and imminent risk of death or great bodily injury to many people.
