A man who police say was involved in a fatal hit-and-run on Madison’s Northport Drive Sept. 12 has turned himself in.
Branden R. A. Iler, 21, Madison, voluntarily came the Madison Police Department Central District Tuesday with his attorney, according to police.
Police say they will refer to the district attorney tentative charges of hit-and-run involving death and operating while revoked causing death.
