MADISON (WKOW) — Madison police are looking for the people who robbed a far east side home early Thursday morning.
According to a news release, the burglars got a garage door opener from a locked vehicle that was parked on the driveway. Once inside the home, they took keys and other items. Two of the three cars parked in the driveway were stolen.
The release said people inside the home found out about the burglary because of a dog barking.
The burglary happened around 2:15 a.m. at a home on Wintergreen Dr., near Commercial Ave.
