VERONA TOWNSHIP (WKOW) — The Dane County Medical Examiner’s Office says the woman involved in a crash Sept. 30 in the town of Verona has died.
Mary C. Benoy, 79, Middleton died Oct. 7 after being taken to a local hospital following the crash.
The car vs pickup crash was reported to authorities shortly after 3 p.m. in the 1000 block of East Verona Road.
Benoy, the driver of the car, was transported to a local hospital where shed died from injuries sustained in the traffic crash, according to the medical examiner.
The crash remains under investigation by the Dane County Sheriff’s Office and the Dane County Medical Examiner’s Office.
