MADISON (WKOW) — “All good things must come to an end.”
Those words heralded the seasonal shift for the iconic Memorial Union Terrace chairs in a tweet from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
“See you next #uwspring, friends,” the message concluded.
To many, the chairs are a symbol of summer. For now, it appears the Memorial Union has officially declared an end to the warmer months.
And according to WKOW’s meteorologists, they are correct. Temperatures will edge toward freezing in the coming days.
