MADISON (WKOW) — The largest Halloween festival in the region kicks off Saturday.
Many downtown Madison streets are being blocked off as Freakfest gets underway.
- West Gilman Street between State Street and North Henry Street closes at 8 a.m. Saturday
- West Mifflin Street on Capitol Square closes at 2 p.m. Saturday
- West Johnson Street, North Lake Street and West Dayton Street close at 5 p.m. Saturday
- Gorham Street closes at 6 p.m. Saturday
All streets impacted will reopen at about 3 a.m. Sunday.
