A homicide suspect is back in Madison to face murder charges.
Larence Thomas, 37, was arrested by the U.S. Marshals Service in Mississippi in mid-October and brought back to Madison last week. Records show he was booked into the Dane County Jail Wednesday. He has a preliminary hearing scheduled for Thursday.
Madison police say Thomas is one of two men involved in a fatal shooting on Northport Drive September 28.Malik Moss, 19, from Sun Prairie, was killed. The other man charged in the crime is Leearthur Taylor, 33.
Thomas and Taylor each face a charge of 1st degree intentional homicide.
