MADISON (WKOW) -- A new development is going up in Madison, and it will feature a Whole Foods at the center.
Smith Gilbane, a joint development venture, announced Thursday that it has signed a lease for a 50,000 foot Whole Foods Market to anchor its Madison Yards at Hill Farms development.
That development will be located the southwest corner of University Avenue and Segoe Road.
The development is set to encase 21 acres, and will feature spaces for offices, restaurants, stores, and a hotel.
The next phase of work on the project is expected to begin next summer.
