Police have arrested two men in connection with an attempted homicide Dec. 7 near Janesville's south side.
Ronald L. Hicks was arrested today at the Rock County Jail, where he was currently being detained on a probation warrant.
Virgil Lee Tate Jr., fled the state and was arrested on Jan. 4 by Chicago police.
Hicks faces a possible charge of being party to the crime of attempted first degree intentional homicide and recklessly endangering safety. Hick’s is scheduled for court on Tuesday, 01/07/19 at 3:00 p.m.
