There will be no trial for a man accused of shooting and killing his sister on Christmas Eve -- for now.
Joseph Green, 57, was ruled incompetent during a court hearing today and will not stand trial.
Green is charged withkilling his older sister, Sheila Green. Police say Green shot her 15 times at a home on Midvale Boulevard on Dec. 24, 2019.
A criminal complaint says Green called 9-1-1 and told dispatchers his sister needed an ambulance.
He was arrested a short time later at his apartment.
Green will either receive treatment or be committed to a mental health facility
