Edgewood High School has dismissed its lawsuit against the City of Madison. The school filed the suit last year, while it was trying to improve its athletic field. City of Madison officials ruled at the time that Edgewood's plans were not covered under its master plan.
In January, the Madison Common Council voted to repeal the master plan. That decision cleared the way for Edgewood High School to move forward with its planned field upgrades. Read the full decision from the school here.
