The conservative Wisconsin Institute for Law and Liberty has asked the Wisconsin Supreme Court to strike down Gov. Tony Evers' mask mandate.
WILL made the request of the state's highest court in filing Thursday.
A St. Croix County judge ruled against the conservative law firm last week.
The State Supreme Court asked Evers to respond to WILL's request for appeal by Monday.
